Growing up, my father and mother owned and operated an automotive repair shop and always did things right at a fair price. After having Palatine Shell Service work on our car on two occasions, I feel like I'm back home. Great work and outstanding customer service!

I won't bore everyone with the saga of my 10 year old (200,000+ miles!) car, but just want to say that everyone at Palatine Shell who helped me out was more than kind and generous with their time. I highly recommend them!
I just had the low beam headlight bulbs replaced and these guys did a wonderful, professional and efficient job. I walked in at the given time, no waiting and the job was done in half an hour instead of previously estimated one hour. This was my first visit; but I suspect that I would be returning here in the future when my car needs service. Well done. Thanks.
